6/9/2015 Becoming a SurvivorScriptures: Genesis 45:5-8, Romans 8:28
Why are there times when life seems so hard and so disappointing? We can be so beaten down that we don't know how we are going to survive and these time can make us feel like giving up. Have you ever asked God the question: "why am I going through this?" Joseph told his brothers that God had a plan for his life, but it took many events, many difficult, before that plan could be fully revealed. He told his brothers that God sent him before them to preserve their lives and to ensure that people will keep living on the earth. Joseph was going to offer great deliverance: Joseph's life was not limited just to his survival. There are some things we must all try to understand through faith and not reason. God is involved in your life: there are no accidents with God: only incidents. No matter what you are going through God can use it: God uses all the events of our lives. God is involved even in the worst moments of our lives: He does not forsake us. Ask yourself the question: will I allow God to use my life no matter what? At the right moment God will fully reveal His plan: you are a survivor. Comments are closed.
